The ABC's of Critique.
Since this is a forum for Avarice, and NOT just an art posting forum, we do not want to create any fuss about the art posted here. The Auction House is directed towards the art that the users post, and somewhat directed towards the commissions the artist is requested of. If we manage to have just a showroom, these are some simple little tidbits to remember about critique! We don't to draw too much attention away from the forum's focal point, and following these simple guidelines will drastically help!
Good Examples of Critique:
"I like the face, although I think it could be more shortened, however, you can fix it up by moving her nose and her lips up more, and not leave such an emphasis on the nose unless you plan on coloring it."
OR
"The coloring is great, but i think that you can blend the colors together, and go outside the box by adding in other colors such as green, blue, red, etc. to really set the mood."
Bad examples of Critique:
"Dude. That face sucks. It is out of proportion; I mean, the nose is way off. You should fix it."
OR
"The coloring is bad. It doesn't blend and it's very streaky. It just doesn't really look that it is your best."

We want our forum to be a happy experience for all! So please be polite and respect others! We really want people to understand and follow our rules, and we do not enjoy having to punish people for silly mistakes. So for the welfare of you and others respect each other and respect the rules!
Thank you!
