My name is Joenis, i am a comic artist, i work on a little comic called Reeder Rabbit @ http://reederrabbit.com. been doing it for about two years now and i'm always looking for other artist to chat with. i stumbled across this site some how the other day and i'm excited to see what this is all about! Hello Joenis, and welcome to the AVARICE forums! :D
I'm glad that you could make it although, sad to say, Avarice will not be going up anytime soon, if you have read the news on the main site. It should be starting in a few months, that I can assure you.
The site has just been upgraded [with a few minor tweaks and a few additions added onto it], and I plan on continuing the upgrading until the comic does start.
Anywho, I looked at your comic and it looks really nice! I didn't get through very many, but when I get the time to sit down and read, I definitely will finish! ♥
Again, welcome to the forum, and should you come across any problems, or if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to post in the F.A.Q board, or contact either myself, my admin or my mod! :)

I totally understand. I've been running a website called "the noir project" for sometime and recently things haven't been going the way i planned. We had a comic called "Spaghetti Strap Western" that was supposed to be up by Jan.. but alas the guy working on it got way busy with school and work so.. blah.. we are left with Just my projects and Holemoles! haha. But, it will be up eventually. So its totally understandable. Good luck, cant wait to see it.

i think when i set up the forum, i made it to where you cannot use html for images. or bbcode. i will change that here in a few minutes. thanks for letting me know, and i'm really sorry for the trouble!
EDIT: it seems that both html and bbcode were already enabled. have you checked to see that the code was right? use the phpbb F.A.Q and see if you have the code right. hmm...i'll have to look into that. |

When using html you have to have a certain kind of access code built into the code itself. When converting (pasting the url/code), onto a phpBB website, most of the time the site does it for you. But for some umbenounced reason the site sometimes 'forgets' to do it. Every now and then you'll have that little quirk.
