I'm going to be adding things more and more as I think of them, but here are a few general rules:

1) Normal etiquette to the forums apply I.E.: minimal cussing, if in character may be allowed, but situation and character pending.

2) Anything out of character must go in a OOC thread. When it comes to these RPs, we don't want anyone to add it into an existing thread, where OOC doesn't apply.

3) Don't bring outside feuds into RPs you are joining. What goes outside of this forum, stays.

4) Be creative with descriptions. We don't want any one-liners, and we want something we can understand and react to.
For instance: instead of writing "[Insert Character here] was angry", make something along the lines of: "[Insert Character Here] furrowed his/her brow in complete disgust and anger as he/she walked towards the bar-keeper; his/her daggers out and ready to go for the kill." Well...maybe that was a little over-dramatic, but you get the point.

5) What the GM/DM says, goes, no questions asked. The Gamemaster is god towards his RP world. He can kick you out of the RP for whatever reason, but if it seems unjust please tell me. Myself or another mod of that section will be sure to ask if there was a good reason behind it, but if he/she wants you out, you're out.

6) Also, try and write out sign-up sheets and posts before posting them so you aren't logged out while getting your post ready. Secondly, please use proper grammar and such. RPing is like many folks writing a story, but you only take one character.

Admin can have up to 3 characters, while mods have 2. If you think you can handle it, feel free to PM a Admin and we'll think about it. You should expect a response within a week.

Here is a few helpful rules to think about while starting a RP:

When creating a character, make sure that you've thought it through, and he/she does not turn out to be "the most powerful character that no one can surprise or kill". You will get banned for a week if this occurs. Because, your character is basically a Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu. A HUGE no-no, and that is NOT tolerable.
Also, when creating a character sheet, be diverse. Make sure that the characters are original and adhere to the guidelines that I have posted.

Patience is important, plot is a key part in a good RP. Usually RPs can start off slow, causing some good ones to die off. Try and stick to it.

Please don't pout if you didn't sign up for an RP you didn't join, if the sign-up closes, and you missed the deadline DO NOT join the RP because you thought it was open to everyone. If an RP is open to all, it will be stated in its title. If not, don't whine about it.
